June Bug

Our beautiful baby girl finally arrived on June 8th. I say finally not because I was that overdue, but because I had a long and exhausting labor and there were so many moments when I thought she was never going to make her appearance. But of course she eventually did and we are very blessed.

Dresser Makeover

I found this lovely dresser at Goodwill for $25.00 a couple years ago. It was used in our wedding as decor and we knew we wanted to keep it for our nursery when we were ready to have kids. We sanded it down and repainted it. I found some awesome teal knobs at Joanne's and decided to DIY chevron pattern drawers using contact paper.

Girls Just Wanna Have Fun ...

It's a GIRL!! Mama was right! It was such an amazing feeling watching her through the ultrasound today. I still haven't felt any flutters yet so it was weird seeing her move around and not feel any of it. 

I seriously could have laid in that room all day and watched her. I know we have a while before she gets here, but I am so excited to meet this little one and tickle this little foot.

Oh and I couldn't resist buying these adorable PINK outfits. Many more to come.
